Pay & Schedule

• 2nd Shift: Monday–Friday, 2:30 PM–10:30 PM — $19.50/hr
• 3rd Shift: Sunday–Thursday, 10:30 PM–6:30 AM — $20.50/hr

What You'll Do

As a Quality Inspector, you’ll help ensure products meet quality and customer standards. Responsibilities include:

• Inspecting raw materials, products in process, and finished goods
• Checking wax, wicks, fill weights, labeling, cleanliness, and overall product quality
• Recording inspection results and maintaining accurate documentation
• Identifying quality issues and reporting them to leadership
• Assisting with product testing and sample preparation
• Performing finished product inspections at pack-out
• Collecting data and helping track quality trends and performance
• Supporting a safe and organized production environment

What We're Looking For

• Strong attention to detail
• Ability to follow written procedures and quality standards
• Basic computer and data-entry skills
• Reliable attendance and a strong work ethic
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Previous quality inspection or manufacturing experience is a plus

Physical Requirements

• Must be able to stand and walk for extended periods
• Frequent use of hands, reaching, and bending
• Ability to lift up to 25 lbs independently and heavier items with assistance
• Comfortable working around machinery, moderate noise, and product aromas
