Quality Inspector

Join our dynamic team as a Quality Inspector and be at the forefront of ensuring the highest standards in auto parts manufacturing located in at Lear location in Duncan SC. In this vital role, you will play a key part in maintaining product excellence, identifying defects, and supporting continuous improvement to deliver safe and reliable auto components to our customers.

Note: If you have worked previously at BMW you will not be considered.
Shift: 3rd Shift 6:45pm-5:30am
Days: Sunday – Friday with Saturday as needed
Payrate: $15.50/hr

Required Skills:

Attention to detail and strong analytical skills
Experience with quality inspection processes
Familiarity with auto parts or manufacturing quality standards
Ability to operate inspection tools and equipment
Good communication skills

Nice to Have Skills:

Knowledge of automotive industry regulations
Experience with automated inspection systems
Certification in quality management (e.g., Six Sigma, ISO)

Preferred Education and Experience:

High school diploma or equivalent; technical training is a plus
Prior experience in automotive or manufacturing quality control preferred

Other Requirements:

Ability to work in a fast-paced production environment
Willingness to work flexible shifts as needed
