Quality Inspector II – Electro-Mechanical Assemblies

Location: West Boylston and Westborough
Pay: $22 -$25
Schedule: 1st and 2nd shift

Masis Staffing Solutions is seeking an experienced Quality Inspector to support a growing electro-mechanical manufacturing environment. This is a great opportunity for candidates with strong inspection experience who are comfortable working with blueprints, precision measuring tools, and quality standards in a fast-paced production setting.

What You’ll Do

• Perform first article, in-process, and final inspections on electro-mechanical assemblies
• Inspect parts and assemblies using visual and mechanical inspection methods
• Read and interpret blueprints, bills of materials, and engineering documentation
• Complete inspection reports and document non-conforming materials
• Use precision inspection tools including calipers, micrometers, scales, feeler gauges, pin gauges, and multi-meters
• Ensure products meet customer and engineering specifications
• Support quality and production goals while maintaining attention to detail

Required Skills & Experience

• 3+ years of quality inspection experience in electro-mechanical manufacturing
• Experience performing First Article Inspection (FAI)
• Strong blueprint and BOM reading skills
• Knowledge of IPC-A-620 workmanship standards
• Experience with inspection documentation and reporting
• Ability to identify and properly handle non-conforming materials
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• High attention to detail and ability to work with urgency without sacrificing quality

Physical Requirements

• Ability to stand for extended periods of time
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
• Comfortable working in a light industrial manufacturing environment
