Masis Hiring:
200 Quality Inspector, is responsible for conducting comprehensive, methodical inspections of new vehicles or equipment before they are handed over to customers. This role ensures that products meet both manufacturer standards and dealership quality guidelines, playing a crucial part in customer satisfaction and safety. 200 Inspectors perform in-depth checks, install accessories, fix minor defects, and document findings to reduce post-delivery issues. 
Key Responsibilities & Duties

  • Perform Pre-Delivery Inspections (PDI): Systematically check vehicles/equipment for aesthetic or mechanical issues following manufacturer-supplied checklists.
  • Verify In-bound Deliveries: Inspect incoming units for damage, missing components, or irregularities, such as surface scratches, dents, or loose parts.
  • Document Product Damages: Record discrepancies and sign or log acceptance/discrepancy reports for each unit, ensuring warranty repairs are properly documented.
  • Rectify Minor Issues: Address defects, such as painting chips, removing protective shipping materials, and testing for proper operation.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Attention to Detail: Meticulous approach to identifying cosmetic or structural defects.
  • Documentation Skills: Ability to fill out, read, and interpret technical inspection checklists and repair procedures.
  • Physical Stamina: Ability to stand for long periods, walk, bend, kneel, and lift items up to 50 lbs
  • Tool Proficiency: Experience using hand tools, power tools, and diagnostic scanners. 

Working Conditions

  • This role operates within a workshop/service bay setting
  • It involves working in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment

1st Shift: 3 positions available
Hours: 5:00 AM – 3:30 PM (weekends included)
Pay Rate: $16.00/hour
