Quality Team Lead (Warehouse/Production) – Bilingual Preferred

Pay: $18.50/hour
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 7:00 AM–4:00 PM

Masis Staffing Solutions is hiring a Quality Team Lead to support a fast-paced warehouse/production environment in Spartanburg, SC. We’re looking for a hands-on leader with quality experience who can help drive daily expectations on the production floor.

Responsabilities as a Bilingual Quality Team Lead

  • Lead and support quality efforts on the production floor/warehouse environment
  • Follow up with team members to ensure quality standards and expectations are being met
  • Organize and lead meetings with production associates as needed
  • Print labels, and Orders and support basic labeling/organization needs
  • Track information and communicate clearly using computer tools (Microsoft Office)
  • Work closely with supervisors/management to maintain consistent quality performance

Requirements as a Bilingual Quality Team Lead

  • Prior quality experience (warehouse/production environment strongly preferred)
  • Prior leadership / team lead experience
  • Strong computer skills and Microsoft Office skills (Excel/Outlook/basic reporting)
  • Comfortable working in a warehouse/production setting and staying organized in a busy environment
  • Professional communication and follow-through
