Masis Staffing is Hiring entry-level Quality Technicians. We are specifically looking for individuals who demonstrate:
Strong manual dexterity
Excellent attention to detail
Good eyesight and the ability to identify small defects
Willingness to learn small-tip soldering (training provided)
These roles are hands-on and require careful, precise work with small components. Candidates with experience in assembly, electronics, fine motor tasks, or similar environments tend to be a strong fit.
The pay will remain between $18-$20 per hour, as we are willing to train.
This is a first shift position from 8am to 5pm Monday to Friday for 4 to 5 weeks than transitions to 6am to 6pm rotating shift.
