Job Title: Quality Technician (Entry-Level)
Location: Mesa, AZ
Company: Masis Staffing (Solar Manufacturing Facility)
Pay: $18–$20/hour (DOE)

Schedule:

Training: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM
After Training: 6:00 AM – 6:00 PM, rotating 12-hour shifts

Job Summary:
Masis Staffing is hiring entry-level Quality Technicians to support a solar manufacturing facility in Mesa, AZ. This is a hands-on role focused on inspecting and working with small components to ensure product quality and consistency. Candidates must be detail-oriented, reliable, and comfortable working in a fast-paced production environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Inspect small components and finished products for defects and quality standards
Perform detailed, repetitive tasks requiring strong hand-eye coordination
Utilize small-tip soldering equipment (training provided)
Follow work instructions, quality guidelines, and safety procedures
Maintain accurate documentation of inspections and findings
Work collaboratively with team members to meet production goals

Qualifications:

Strong manual dexterity and attention to detail
Good eyesight and ability to identify small defects
Ability to perform precise, repetitive tasks
Willingness to learn soldering and new technical skills
Prior experience in assembly, electronics, or similar hands-on roles is a plus
Reliable attendance and strong work ethic

Work Environment:

Fast-paced manufacturing setting
Requires standing for extended periods
Involves working with small parts and tools
