Position Overview

Do you enjoy working in a fast-paced and dynamic warehouse environment? Masis Staffing may have the perfect opportunity for you! We are currently seeking a Record Center Specialist I for 1st shift positions in Burnsville, MN.

Ideal candidates will have at least 1 year of material handling experience and be comfortable with the physical demands of lifting, moving, and organizing materials throughout the day. This role requires strong attention to detail, the ability to work independently, and a commitment to safety in a physically active setting.

Key Responsibilities

Move, arrange, and load storage boxes, bins, and totes (10–50 lbs.)
Process incoming and outgoing orders (files, books, binders, tapes, etc.)
Operate handheld scanners and use a proprietary system to track inventory
Load and unload boxes onto pallets and trucks
Safely operate hand carts, pallet jacks, and ladders
Shrink-wrap pallets and organize materials for shipment

Physical Requirements

Frequent kneeling, squatting, bending, stooping, and reaching
Ability to stand and walk for extended periods
Lift and carry 10–50 lbs. regularly without assistance (team lift required over 50 lbs.)
Work on concrete and uneven surfaces, including stairs and inclines

Qualifications

At least 1 year of material handling or warehouse experience preferred
Ability to read and write in English
Comfortable working in a non-temperature-controlled warehouse
Able to work independently and safely in a fast-paced environment

Safety & Attire Requirements

Steel-toe, slip-resistant footwear required
No loose clothing
Additional PPE provided (hi-vis vest, gloves, etc.
