Job Summary:
Seeking a dynamic and experienced Regional Practice Leader (RPL) to lead and grow a team of Fire Protection Engineers. This role combines leadership, technical expertise, and business development to support diverse, multi-disciplinary projects for our clients. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in engineering, a passion for client engagement, and a track record of team management.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead and manage an established operating region and engineering team
Support and mentor an Assistant Regional Practice Leader to ensure efficient project delivery
Drive business development by identifying opportunities, building client relationships, and attending industry events
Collaborate with the business development team to develop proposals and secure new projects
Stay current on industry trends, fire protection codes, and emerging technologies
Provide expert consultation and engineering solutions for varied project scopes
Qualifications:
5+ years of experience in Architecture/Engineering required
5+ years of management and/or sales experience preferred
Bachelor’s degree in Architecture or Engineering (preferred)
PE certification, NICET, or CFPS certification is a plus
Strong interpersonal, communication, and leadership skills
