Job Summary:
Seeking a dynamic and experienced Regional Practice Leader (RPL) to lead and grow a team of Fire Protection Engineers. This role combines leadership, technical expertise, and business development to support diverse, multi-disciplinary projects for our clients. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in engineering, a passion for client engagement, and a track record of team management.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage an established operating region and engineering team

  • Support and mentor an Assistant Regional Practice Leader to ensure efficient project delivery

  • Drive business development by identifying opportunities, building client relationships, and attending industry events

  • Collaborate with the business development team to develop proposals and secure new projects

  • Stay current on industry trends, fire protection codes, and emerging technologies

  • Provide expert consultation and engineering solutions for varied project scopes

Qualifications:

  • 5+ years of experience in Architecture/Engineering required

  • 5+ years of management and/or sales experience preferred

  • Bachelor’s degree in Architecture or Engineering (preferred)

  • PE certification, NICET, or CFPS certification is a plus

  • Strong interpersonal, communication, and leadership skills
