Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled Residential HVAC Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining, and repairing heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems. This role requires a strong understanding of HVAC systems and the ability to troubleshoot issues effectively. The HVAC Technician will work both independently and as part of a team to ensure optimal performance of HVAC equipment in residential settings.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine maintenance on existing HVAC equipment to ensure efficient operation.
• Troubleshoot and diagnose issues with heating and cooling systems using tools such as ohmmeters and other diagnostic equipment.
• Repair or replace defective components in HVAC systems, including electrical parts and mechanical components.
• Conduct field service visits to customer locations for system inspections and repairs.
• Maintain accurate records of service performed and parts used during repairs.

Qualifications

• 3+ Years of proven experience as an HVAC Technician
• Strong knowledge of heating, ventilation, air conditioning, and refrigeration systems.
• Familiarity with tools used in the field such as ohmmeters, welding equipment, and other diagnostic tools.
• Ability to work independently or as part of a team in various environments.
• Excellent problem-solving skills with a focus on safety and efficiency.
• Valid driver's license with 3+ Years of Clean Driving record may be required based on job responsibilities.
