Masis Staffing is seeking an enthusiastic and dedicated Resort Barista to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for coffee and customer service, ensuring each guest receives an exceptional experience in our Resort.

 Responsibilities for the Resort Barista:

    •    Beverage Preparation: Craft a variety of high-quality beverages, including coffee, tea, and specialty drinks, adhering to our established recipes and presentation standards.
    •    Customer Interaction: Greet customers warmly, take accurate orders, and provide knowledgeable answers to any menu inquiries.
    •    Transaction Handling: Process customer payments efficiently, ensuring accuracy in cash and card transactions.
    •    Workspace Maintenance: Maintain cleanliness and organization of the work area, seating, and equipment, adhering to health and safety guidelines.
    •    Inventory Management: Monitor stock levels, inform management of supply needs, and assist in ordering as necessary.
    •    Recipe Adherence: Follow established recipes and presentation standards to ensure consistent quality in all beverages served.
    •    Customer Service Excellence: Foster a welcoming atmosphere, delivering friendly and attentive service to all customers.

Qualifications Resort Barista:
    •    Previous experience as a Barista or in a customer service role is preferred.
    •    Knowledge of coffee brewing methods and specialty drinks is a plus.
    •    Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
    •    Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
    •    Basic math skills for handling transactions.
    •    Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays.

Compensation for the Resort Barista 

  • 14.25/hr for Barista
