Masis Staffing is seeking an enthusiastic and dedicated housekeeping Runner to support daily resort operations by assisting multiple departments to ensure a seamless guest experience. This role involves delivering items, transporting supplies, responding to guest requests, and providing general support wherever needed. The ideal candidate is energetic, reliable, and guest-focused with a strong sense of urgency.
Deliver guest amenities, luggage, packages, and supplies throughout the resort
Assist Front Desk, Housekeeping, Maintenance, Food & Beverage, and Guest Services as needed
Respond promptly to guest requests and service calls
Maintain cleanliness and organization in public and back-of-house areas
Perform light housekeeping or setup tasks when required
Transport equipment, linens, and materials between departments
Report maintenance issues or safety concerns to appropriate teams
Provide friendly, professional service while upholding resort standards
Follow all safety, security, and company policies
High school diploma or equivalent preferred
Previous hospitality or customer service experience a plus
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to multitask and adapt to changing priorities
Physically able to stand, walk, lift, and carry items for extended periods
Positive attitude and strong work ethic
Flexible availability, including weekends and holidays
Fast-paced resort environment
Indoor and outdoor work
May require lifting up to [50] lbs
