Pay: $15.00/hour
Masis Staffing is seeking an energetic, dependable, and guest-focused Housekeeping Runner to support daily operations at a busy resort.
This is a fast-paced, hands-on position for someone who enjoys staying active and helping others. As a Housekeeping Runner, you’ll play an important role in keeping resort operations running smoothly by delivering supplies, responding to requests, and supporting the Housekeeping team throughout the property.
Deliver linens, towels, toiletries, guest amenities, and housekeeping supplies throughout the resort
Respond quickly to requests from Housekeeping and other resort departments
Transport supplies, equipment, and materials between rooms, storage areas, and departments
Assist housekeepers by ensuring they have the supplies needed to complete their rooms efficiently
Deliver requested items directly to guest rooms while providing friendly and professional service
Help maintain clean, organized, and properly stocked housekeeping and storage areas
Assist with light housekeeping and setup tasks when needed
Pick up and transport used linens, trash, or other materials to designated areas
Communicate guest requests or concerns to the appropriate department
Identify and report maintenance or safety concerns
Assist other resort departments when operational needs require additional support
Follow all resort safety, security, cleanliness, and service standards
Previous housekeeping, hotel, resort, hospitality, or customer service experience is a plus
Reliable and able to work with a strong sense of urgency
Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
Strong communication and teamwork skills
Positive, professional, and guest-focused attitude
Ability to multitask and adjust to changing priorities throughout the shift
Able to stand and walk for extended periods
Able to lift, carry, push, and transport items weighing up to 50 lbs
Flexible availability, including weekends and holidays
This is an active position that involves frequent walking throughout the resort and working in both indoor and outdoor areas. Candidates should be comfortable staying on their feet and moving throughout the majority of their shift.
$15.00 per hour
