Are you passionate about creating a welcoming and pristine environment for guests? Our client is seeking dedicated individuals to join their team as Room Attendants. This role is crucial in maintaining a clean and orderly atmosphere, ensuring guests can relax and enjoy their stay without a worry.

Responsibilities of the Room Attendance

Clean guest rooms and areas, including making beds, dusting, vacuuming, and cleaning bathrooms.
Replace supplies and clean windows, mirrors, and patios.
Utilize cleaning chemicals safely and understand material safety data sheets.
Maintain a stocked and organized cart with sufficient supplies.
Report maintenance issues through appropriate channels for resolution.
Document and secure lost and found items.
Communicate with guests in a professional and friendly manner.
Assist House Attendant with guest requests and pick up of used items.
Conserve energy by managing room settings when unoccupied.
Report hazardous conditions to the supervisor.

Requirements of the Room Attendance

Willingness to work a flexible schedule, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
Successful completion of a criminal background check and drug screen.
Prior experience in housekeeping, sanitation, laundry operations, or guest services is preferred.
Excellent customer service and oral communication skills.
Ability to lift up to 30 lbs and push/pull up to 100 lbs.
Capability to bend, stretch, twist, and stand for long periods.
Ability to work with chemicals according to directions.

Compensation/Benefits for the Room Attendance

$17.25
