Are you passionate about food preparation and looking to be part of a dynamic team? Our client is seeking dedicated individuals to join their team for the 2nd shift in salad portioning. This role is essential in ensuring that high-quality salads are prepared and portioned accurately for distribution.
Responsibilities of the Salad Portioning
Accurately portion salads according to specified guidelines.
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the work area.
Ensure all ingredients are fresh and meet quality standards.
Collaborate with team members to meet production goals.
Follow all safety and sanitation protocols.
Report any discrepancies or issues to the supervisor.
Assist in inventory management and stock rotation.
Requirements of the Salad Portioning
Previous experience in food preparation or a similar role is preferred.
Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
Flexibility to work the 2nd shift schedule.
Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 pounds.
Basic understanding of food safety practices.
