Our client is seeking a dedicated Night Sanitation Supervisor to lead their team in ensuring a pristine and safe production environment. Responsibilities of the Sanitation Supervisor
Supervise all night sanitation staff, operations, and activities.
Oversee the cleaning and sanitizing of the production facility and equipment.
Ensure sanitation schedules align with production needs.
Train and coach sanitation employees through hands-on leadership.
Monitor labor hours and approve employee time records.
Ensure compliance with food safety, GMP, and company sanitation standards.
Troubleshoot sanitation, equipment, and staffing issues.
Communicate equipment, maintenance, and supply needs to management.
Assign staff appropriately to ensure quality and efficiency.
Partner with Quality Control and Production teams to support plant operations.
Requirements of the Sanitation Supervisor
2-3+ years of experience in sanitation, manufacturing, or leadership roles preferred.
Ability to work in refrigerated production environments for extended periods.
Capability to lift 50+ lbs regularly.
Comfortable standing, walking, climbing, and operating equipment.
Ability to safely operate tools, forklifts, and sanitation equipment.
Strong leadership and communication skills.
High school diploma or equivalent required; multilingual skills are a plus.
Strong attention to detail and commitment to food safety.
Ability to prioritize tasks and solve problems quickly.
