In this multifaceted role, you will serve as the company’s ERP subject matter expert, logistics coordinator, business analyst, and operational support partner. You’ll work cross-functionally with teams across manufacturing, finance, logistics, and administration to drive efficiency, improve data visibility, and support strategic business growth.

Key Responsibilities

ERP Systems & Business Process Leadership

As the primary ERP expert, you will champion system optimization, user support, and process improvements across the organization.

• Generate and maintain reports within SAP Business One (SAP B1) and OptiPro
• Provide support for SAP purchasing, item master management, and related system functions
• Support all OptiPro modules, including:
  • Bills of Materials (BOMs)
  • Production Orders (PROs)
  • Shop Floor Control
  • Logistics
  • Warehouse Management
• Develop and modify SQL queries to support reporting and operational needs
• Troubleshoot ERP-related issues and provide end-user support
• Serve as the primary liaison with ERP software vendors and customer support teams
• Lead and manage the Material Requirements Planning (MRP) process
• Drive future AI integration initiatives within ERP and business operations
• Promote user adoption, cross-functional collaboration, and overall system effectiveness

Logistics & Supply Chain Coordination

Ensure efficient and compliant logistics operations while supporting customer fulfillment activities.

• Manage Bonded Stores operations and ensure compliance with contractual requirements
• Prepare and distribute customer reporting as required
• Support order processing, sales order management, and fulfillment activities
• Collaborate with internal teams to maintain smooth inventory and logistics workflows

Business Analytics & Operational Insights

Turn data into actionable business intelligence that supports informed decision-making.

• Analyze operational performance metrics and manufacturing efficiency
• Evaluate labor hours, project costs, inventory performance, and cost of goods sold (COGS)
• Develop reports and dashboards that support business planning and continuous improvement initiatives
• Identify trends and opportunities for process optimization

Accounting & Administrative Support

Provide operational support across accounting, payroll, and employee administration functions.

• Serve as a backup resource for Accounts Payable (AP), Accounts Receivable (AR), and payroll processing
• Support employee benefits administration and compliance-related activities
• Assist with ADP HRIS data entry and employee record maintenance
• Review and correct employee timekeeping and payroll-related issues as needed

Qualifications

Required

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Logistics, Supply Chain, Accounting, Operations Management, or a related field preferred
• Minimum of 3 years of hands-on experience with SAP 
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in a manufacturing environment
• Strong understanding of ERP systems, business processes, and manufacturing operations
• Experience writing and modifying SQL queries or utilizing AI for assistance
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including Pivot Tables, VLOOKUPs, and data analysis
• Experience with AI-driven business tools or AI integration initiatives
• At least 1 year of experience supporting payroll, Accounts Payable, and Accounts Receivable functions
• Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills

Preferred

• Experience with OptiPro manufacturing solutions
• Knowledge of HR compliance and employment regulations within a small business environment
• Experience working in cross-functional operational support roles
• Continuous improvement mindset with a passion for process optimization and technology
