Are you a detail-oriented individual with a knack for machinery and production? Our client is seeking a dedicated 1st shift SBN Line Operator/Fixturer Associate to join their dynamic team. This role is crucial in ensuring that products meet the highest quality and safety standards.
Responsibilities of the SBN Line Operator/Fixturer Associate:
Operate SBN line machinery according to company procedures.
Set up and secure fixtures for production.
Monitor the production line and ensure parts meet quality specifications.
Perform basic adjustments or troubleshooting as needed.
Maintain accurate production and quality records.
Keep work area clean, safe, and organized.
Follow all safety protocols and use proper PPE.
Meet daily production expectations.
Requirements of the SBN Line Operator/Fixturer Associate:
Prior manufacturing or machine operation experience preferred.
Ability to understand work instructions and follow procedures.
Strong attention to detail and quality.
Ability to lift 30-50 lbs as needed.
Reliable attendance and ability to work 2nd shift.
Compensation/Benefits for the SBN Line Operator/Fixturer Associate:
$20 – $22 per hr DOE
