Job Title: Second Shift Team Lead – Warehouse/Distribution
Location: Greer, SC 29651 (On-site)
Schedule: Monday-Thursday 4:30pm-2:30am plus overtime as needed
Pay: $20.00/hr
Job Type: Temp-to-Hire (W2)

About the role
Masis Staffing Solutions is hiring a Weekend Team Lead for a large distribution center in Greer, SC. This is a temp-to-hire opportunity with a consistent weekend schedule. The Team Lead supports day-to-day operations, helps guide agency associates, and serves as a key point of contact for onsite leadership.

Key responsibilities

Lead and support daily warehouse/distribution activities on the weekend shift
Assist with training, coaching, and onboarding support for agency associates
Attend staffing/operations meetings and communicate priorities to the team
Act as a liaison between agency associates and the Onsite Manager to address questions, attendance, and performance concerns
Reinforce and model safety, quality, productivity, and attendance expectations

Qualifications

Prior warehouse/distribution experience required; lead experience strongly preferred
Strong communication and professionalism in a fast-paced environment
Ability to stand/walk for long periods and work on your feet throughout the shift
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs (with or without reasonable accommodation)
Reliable transportation and strong attendance are required
