Security Superintendent
Houston, TX
Our client is a market leader in commercial network cabling, AV, security design, and installation. The Superintendent will oversee field operations for low voltage security projects, including access control, CCTV, and intrusion systems. This role manages multiple fast-paced, small to mid-sized commercial projects simultaneously.
Responsibilities for Security Superintendent:

Supervise and support field crews install and servicing security systems, including access control, cameras, and burglar alarms for commercial clients.
Plan and coordinate manpower, materials, and daily tasks to meet project timelines and budgets.
Maintain effective communication with project managers, general contractors, and customers to ensure smooth project execution.
Enforce jobsite safety practices and perform regular inspections to ensure high-quality workmanship.

Qualifications for Security Superintendent:

5+ years of experience in commercial low voltage or security systems, with at least 2 years in a supervisory or superintendent role.
Strong technical knowledge of access control, CCTV, and intrusion systems.
Proven ability to lead field teams and manage multiple fast-paced commercial projects.
Excellent communication, organization, and problem-solving skills.
Valid driver’s license: manufacturer or industry certifications are a plus.

Compensation for the Security Superintendent:

$70K – $90K salary depending on experience
