Project Execution Lead / Project Manager (6-Month Contract)
Pharmaceutical Manufacturing | Bethlehem, PA A fast-growing pharmaceutical manufacturing site with an active portfolio of capital and site projects is seeking a hands-on, execution-driven project professional to strengthen project delivery discipline across site projects. This role is not about strategy decks. It’s about owning execution, driving accountability, and delivering projects.
What You’ll Be Doing
Build and manage Gantt charts in MS Project
Own the critical path across multiple projects
Proactively identify risks and prevent delays
Drive execution using existing templates, KPIs, and dashboards
Enforce project standards by chasing updates and unblocking work
Step in and execute when needed to keep projects moving
Support execution through PO processing, SAP transactions, and dashboard updates
The structure and tools already exist — this role ensures consistent execution.
What We’re Looking For
5 years of hands-on project execution / project management experience
Strong bias toward action and ownership

Tools & Experience
MS Project (required)
SAP (plus)
