Shipping Clerk

We’re seeking a dedicated Shipping Clerk to ensure the smooth and accurate processing of inbound and outbound shipments. This position offers an exciting opportunity to be a key part of our logistics team, making sure products move efficiently and paperwork is flawless. Required Skills:

  • Proficiency in processing shipment paperwork for inbound and outbound orders
  • Ability to print and process Bills of Lading (BOLs) accurately
  • Strong data entry skills with attention to detail
  • Basic computer literacy
  • Excellent organizational skills

Nice to Have Skills:

  • Bilingual in Spanish and English
  • Experience with warehouse management systems or logistics software
  • Knowledge of shipping regulations and compliance

Preferred Education and Experience:

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Prior experience in shipping, warehouse, or logistics roles

Other Requirements:

  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
  • Willingness to handle physical aspects of warehouse work if needed
