(Candidates with experience operating CNC lathes, turning centers, or vertical machining centers may qualify for the higher end of the pay range.)

Job Responsibilities:
Assist with the operation of CNC turning centers and vertical machining centers (training provided for entry-level candidates)
Use hand tools and measuring instruments including calipers, thread gauges, micrometers, and bore gauges
Organize and stock finished goods
Assemble parts using hand tools, power tools, and hydraulic presses
Perform basic preventative maintenance on machines
Operate forklifts for material handling (if trained or certified)
Keep work area clean, safe, and organized
Support production flow and work collaboratively with the team to solve issues
Job Requirements:
Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume manufacturing setting
Excellent attendance, strong work ethic, and a team-first attitude
Mechanically inclined with a sharp eye for detail
Willing and able to work in a hands-on environment with grease, coolant, and heavy materials
Able to follow verbal and written instructions in English
Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
High school diploma or equivalent preferred
Prior experience operating CNC machines, turning centers, or vertical machining centers is a strong plus and may lead to higher pay
Forklift experience is helpful; certification is a bonus but not required
Shift:
6am-2:30pm M-F
