Site Manager
We are seeking an experienced and visionary leader to oversee site operations at a key electronics manufacturing facility. This role requires a strong balance of operational excellence and strategic growth initiatives. The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in advanced manufacturing and a proven ability to manage complex, high-value programs for global clients.

Core Responsibilities:

  • Operational Oversight: Drive site performance across all functions, ensuring quality, efficiency, and compliance with industry standards.
  • Client Engagement: Serve as the primary liaison for major accounts, ensuring seamless execution and long-term partnerships.
  • Growth Strategy: Identify and pursue opportunities to expand market presence and enhance capabilities within the region.
  • Regulatory Compliance: Maintain strict adherence to all applicable security and regulatory requirements for specialized projects.
  • Strategic Development: Lead initiatives for capacity expansion and technology upgrades to support evolving industry needs.

Qualifications:

  • Extensive leadership experience in electronics or advanced manufacturing environments.
  • Strong understanding of sector-specific requirements, including supply chain and compliance frameworks.
  • Demonstrated success in managing large-scale operations and financial performance.
  • Technical proficiency in electronic assembly and integration processes.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or Business; advanced degree preferred.
