Our client is seeking a dedicated Machine Operator for the 2nd shift to join their team and contribute to the production of high-quality plastic and composite products. This role is crucial in ensuring that production machinery operates efficiently and safely, meeting both quality standards and production schedules.
Responsibilities of the Skilled Machine Operator
Set up, operate, and maintain production machinery in the assigned area.
Monitor machine operations to ensure quality and efficiency.
Adhere to production schedules and quality standards.
Perform routine maintenance and troubleshooting on machinery.
Ensure compliance with safety protocols and procedures.
Collaborate with our client's team to optimize production processes.
Document and report any issues or discrepancies in production.
Requirements of the Skilled Machine Operator
Previous experience as a machine operator or in a similar role.
Familiarity with plastic and composite manufacturing processes.
Ability to read and interpret technical documents and manuals.
Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
Commitment to safety and quality standards.
Ability to work independently and as part of our client's team.
Flexibility to work Overtime
