Masis Staffing is seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Soldering Technicians to join our manufacturing team located in Vandalia OH, 45377. In this role, you will be responsible for assembling, soldering, and inspecting electronic components and circuit boards to ensure high-quality production standards.
Shift and pay:
1st Shift – Mon-Thurs 7 AM-4 PM /// Friday 7 AM-1 PM
Required to work scheduled overtime and some weekends.
$16 – $22 an HR (there will be a soldering test and pay will be based upon hpw well you do)
Key Job Responsibilities
-In-Process Inspection
-Properly fill out paperwork.
-Read Blueprints
-Sit for nine plus hours a day.
-Have good communication with supervisor and team lead. And give feedback when needed.
-Can follow work instructions.
-High attention to detail.
-Support and or perform process audits in support of organizational objectives.
-Other related duties and/or projects as identified.
-Use tools like soldering iron and small hand tools daily.
-Strong dexterity.
-Have great eyesight and must be able to see color.
-Can read documents.
-Capable of working under pressure
Minimum Job Qualifications
-3-5 years in an electronics/wire harness manufacturing environment preferred.
-Prefer experience in electronics or wire harness manufacturing but will consider individuals from other industries.
-Self-motivated to work independently to complete daily tasks.
-Ability to read, write, listen, and otherwise communicate and understand effectively in English is required.
-Strong attention to detail and accuracy is required. Must possess a sense of urgency, as well as the ability to manage and prioritize multiple tasks.
-Able to work in a fast-paced environment with quickly changing priorities
