Our client is seeking dedicated Mail Sorters to join their team and ensure the smooth operation of their mail processing equipment. If you have a keen eye for detail and a passion for precision, this opportunity is for you!
Responsibilities of the Sorter
Operate and maintain mail processing machines to ensure efficient workflow.
Monitor machine performance and troubleshoot any issues that arise.
Perform routine maintenance and cleaning of equipment to ensure optimal performance.
Collaborate with our client's team to meet production goals and deadlines.
Ensure all safety protocols are followed to maintain a safe working environment.
Document and report any machine malfunctions or maintenance needs.
Assist in the training of new team members on machine operation and safety procedures.
Requirements of the Sorter
Previous experience as a machine operator or in a similar role is preferred.
Strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 pounds.
Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends if necessary.
High school diploma or equivalent is required.
