Do you enjoy working in a fast-paced environment? Do you like working for companies that offer lots of overtime opportunities? If so, Masis Staffing may have the perfect opportunity for you! We are currently looking for warehouse associates who can use forklifts fill full-time positions for all shifts with a company in Greenville, SC. Ideal candidates will have experience working as a forklift operator and previous order-pulling experience.

Shifts: 12-hour Shift: 7 AM – 7 PM or 7 PM – 7AM – Day and Night Shifts Available

Responsibilities of the Sorter
Very Team orientated SORTERS
They are responsible for the accurate assembly, sorting, and preparation of direct mail materials according to USPS postal regulations and client specifications. 
Core Duties and Responsibilities

  • Mail Processing: Manually or mechanically sort, fold, insert, and package marketing materials, letters, postcards, and brochures.

  • Equipment Operation: Operate and monitor high-speed mail production equipment, including inserters, to ensure proper functioning.

  • Troubleshooting: Identify machine deviations and make basic adjustments to equipment during production runs.

  • Quality Control: Ensure 100% integrity in high-priority mailings, ensuring correct sorting according to USPS requirements.

  • Production Records: Review job tickets, maintain documentation of the production process, and track output, often using job data capture systems.

  • Material Handling: Use powered material handling equipment, stack pallets, and move materials within the production area. 
    Skills and Qualifications

  • Experience: Experience in a Direct Mail/Lettershop and/or printing environment is typically required.

  • Attention to Detail: Meticulous attention to detail to ensure accuracy in a deadline-driven environment.

  • Postal Regulations: Knowledge of USPS postal regulations is highly preferred.

  • Physical Stamina: Ability to stand for long periods (up to 12 hours) and lift up to 50 lbs regularly.

  • Education: High School Diploma or GED.

  • Attendance: Strong work history with excellent attendance and punctuality.

  • Facility: Clean, well-lit, and temperature-controlled in-house manufacturing facilities.

Compensation/Benefits for the Sorter

  • Salary: $16 .00 $17.00
