Join Our Team as a Sorters – 1st Shift and play a vital role in delivering fresh, beautiful flowers to customers everywhere! In this engaging position, you'll be responsible for sorting, grading, and preparing harvested flowers for shipment, ensuring only the highest quality blooms leave our facility. Your attention to detail and efficiency will help us maintain top standards while working in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.

Required Skills

Physical stamina to lift, push, and carry 10-50 lbs regularly
Ability to work in cold, refrigerated environments (around 37°F)
Keen eye for quality with exceptional attention to detail
Strong teamwork skills and the ability to work quickly to meet deadlines
Ability to stand and walk for extended periods

Nice to Have Skills

Previous experience in flower sorting, grading, or similar inventory roles
Experience working in refrigerated or chilled environments
Basic understanding of plant or flower quality standards

Preferred Education and Experience

High school diploma or equivalent preferred
Prior experience in agricultural, horticultural, or packaging roles is a plus

Other Requirements

Ability to work effectively in cold conditions
Commitment to maintaining a clean and organized workspace
