Masis Staffing is seeking motivated and reliable individuals to join our production team as Stackers. This position is responsible for safely stacking, organizing, and preparing pulp materials for processing and shipment. Candidates should be comfortable with physical work and maintaining a steady pace in a production environment.

Responsibilities of a Stacker

Stack and organize pulp materials according to company standards
Maintain a clean and safe work area
Follow all safety guidelines and company procedures
Assist team members and supervisors as needed
Perform quality checks to ensure product standards are met

Requirements of a Stacker

Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. on a regular basis
Comfortable working in a fast-paced, physical environment
Strong attention to detail and safety
Ability to work rotating weekends
Dependable and punctual with good attendance

Compensation/ Benefits for a Stacker

Competitive hourly pay of $15.50
Overtime opportunities may be available
Rotating weekend schedule – 5pm to 5:30am
