Forklift Operators Wanted – Join Our Warehouse Team!
Masis Staffing has the perfect opportunity for experienced operators in Lakeland, FL.

We’re looking for skilled Raymond Pacer, Reach Truck, Order Picker, and Clamp Operators to join our growing warehouse team.

Responsibilities

Safely operate at least 4 Raymond brand equipments: Pacer, Reach Truck, Order Picker, Electric Pallet Jack, and Clamp
Accurately pick orders and move inventory throughout the warehouse
Assist with manual loading/unloading when needed
Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area
Follow all safety guidelines and company policies
Work independently and as part of a fast-paced team

Requirements

Minimum 2 years of experience operating stand-up forklifts (Raymond brand required)
Must be able to operate at least 4 Raymond brand equipments (Pacer, Reach Truck, Order Picker, Electric Pallet Jack, Clamp)
Previous warehouse experience (hot environment preferred)
Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 50 lbs
Strong attention to detail and task completion
Flexible to work 8–10 hour shifts, weekends as needed
Must pass background check and drug screening
