4-day work week (Monday–Thursday)
Weekly Pay – Up to $18
Monthly production bonus – up to $400

Essential Responsibilities

Assemble components according to company standards
Ability to follow work instructions
Maintain a clean and organized work area
Work efficiently to meet daily production goals

What We Need
This role requires the ability to perform physically demanding tasks, including:

Reliable, safety-focused, team player
Basic hand tools experience required
Previous manufacturing experience is a plus
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Strong attention to detail
Good attendance and reliability
Ability to follow instructions and work well with a team
Must be able to communicate in Spanish and/or English

Required PPE

Steel toe boots
25 ft tape measure
20-22 oz upright claw hammer

Shifts

1st Shift 5:00 AM
2nd Shift 3:30 PM
