Supply Chain Compliance Analyst (Contract)

Location: Bethlehem, PA (Hybrid)
Duration: 3-Month Contract with Potential Extension
Reports To: Director of Supply Chain

A global pharmaceutical manufacturing company is seeking an early-career Supply Chain Compliance Analyst to support an active ERP implementation and growing trade compliance program.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone with 1–3 years of experience in supply chain, logistics, customs operations, import/export coordination, or regulatory operations who is eager to learn and grow within a highly visible project environment!

The selected contractor will work directly with the Director of Supply Chain and gain hands-on experience supporting SAP HANA implementation activities, trade compliance initiatives, documentation projects, and operational analysis within a regulated pharmaceutical environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support import/export and trade compliance workstreams during an active ERP implementation.
  • Assist with Denied Party Screening (DPS) implementation and audit support activities.
  • Help develop and organize trade compliance documentation, SOPs, and process records.
  • Support HTS product classification activities for SAP HANA master data preparation.
  • Assist with tariff and duty impact analysis and reporting.

Qualifications

  • 1–3 years of experience in supply chain, logistics, customs operations, trade compliance, import/export coordination, ERP support, or related business operations.
  • Bachelor’s degree preferred, but equivalent experience will be considered.
  • Strong Excel and spreadsheet skills.
  • Excellent attention to detail and organizational abilities.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Helpful Experience (Not Required)

  • SAP or ERP system exposure
  • Pharmaceutical or regulated industry experience
  • Import/export or customs-related coursework or internships
  • Trade compliance concepts such as HTS classification or denied party screening
  • Exposure to trade compliance technology platforms (e.g., OneSource, Descartes, Integration Point) — even at user level.
