CNC Machinist (2nd Shift)
Location: Hudson, NH
Join a team that values precision, problem-solving, and growth. In this role, you’ll operate and maintain Swiss-style CNC machines, support quality standards, and help ensure efficient production.
What You’ll Do
Operate multiple CNC machines, load materials, and monitor performance to maintain high-quality output.
Perform quality checks and follow established inspection procedures.
Troubleshoot and adjust machining processes, including reprogramming and tool changes.
Complete preventive maintenance and maintain a clean, safe workspace.
Keep accurate records of work orders and production data.
What We’re Looking For
At least 1 year of experience operating Swiss-style CNC machines.
Ability to read and interpret blueprints accurately.
Strong math skills, including conversions and basic geometry.
Knowledge of metals such as steel, stainless steel, and copper.
Skilled with precision measuring tools like micrometers and calipers.
Reliable, detail-oriented, and eager to learn.
Physical Requirements
Ability to stand and walk for long periods (10-hour shifts).
Lift and carry up to 50 lbs as needed.
Good hand-eye coordination and manual dexterity.
Ability to bend, kneel, and reach for machine setup and operation.
