Territory Sales Manager

Location: Remote (Based out of Pompano Beach, FL)
Territory: South Texas, Louisiana, and Mississippi

About the Role

We are seeking a motivated and experienced Territory Sales Manager to drive sales growth and build strong customer relationships throughout the assigned territory. This role is ideal for a sales professional with experience in the construction or building materials industry who enjoys developing new business, supporting existing customers, and spending time in the field.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and grow sales within the assigned territory.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities.
  • Build and maintain relationships with contractors, distributors, engineers, and business owners.
  • Conduct customer visits, product presentations, and jobsite support.
  • Collaborate with distribution partners to expand market presence.
  • Meet or exceed territory sales goals.
  • Travel regularly throughout the assigned territory.

Qualifications

Required:

  • 3+ years of outside sales or territory management experience.
  • Experience in construction, concrete products, building materials, industrial coatings, or related industries.
  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
  • Experience working with contractors, distributors, or construction professionals.
  • Valid driver's license and ability to travel extensively.

Preferred:

  • Bachelor's degree.
  • Bilingual (English/Spanish).
  • Technical aptitude and the ability to learn product applications.
