Various Days Available (4 days per week with one shift being a halft shift.)

We are seeking a detail-oriented Testing Technician to perform functional and diagnostic testing on electronic units and server racks in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. This position is responsible for monitoring testing processes, identifying equipment failures, troubleshooting issues, and ensuring products meet established quality and performance standards.
Perform functional, diagnostic, and electrical safety testing, including HiPot testing.
Monitor server racks and units in real time throughout the testing process.
Analyze testing logs to identify failures and troubleshoot technical issues.
Document test results, failure analysis, and corrective actions accurately.
Escalate technical issues promptly to minimize production downtime.
Transport completed racks to designated testing areas.
Follow established work instructions, testing procedures, and quality standards.
Collaborate with production, engineering, and quality teams to resolve issues.
Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
Support continuous improvement initiatives to increase efficiency and productivity.
High school diploma or GED required; associate degree or technical certification preferred.
Minimum 1 year of experience in IT, computer systems, electronics, or a related technical field preferred.
Basic knowledge of Linux commands and operating systems.
Familiarity with computer hardware, server systems, or electronic testing preferred.
Basic computer skills for reporting and documenting testing results.
Strong troubleshooting, analytical, and problem-solving abilities.
Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
Willingness to learn new technologies and testing procedures.
Must be legally authorized to work in the United States.
Bilingual English/Spanish skills are a plus.
Must demonstrate reliability, professionalism, and a commitment to quality and continuous improvement.
