Launch Your Engineering Career
Work alongside Engineering and Production teams to test, troubleshoot, and validate electrical and mechanical systems, ensuring products perform to specifications and meet quality and safety standards.
Pay Range: $20 – $28/hour (based on experience and level)
Work Locations: Westborough, MA & West Boylston, MA
What You’ll Do: Build real-world technology by testing and troubleshooting cutting-edge products in medical devices, robotics, and automation. In this role, you’ll gain hands-on experience working with electrical and mechanical systems, using diagnostic equipment to validate performance, identify issues, and support products from early prototypes through full production—all while working alongside engineering and manufacturing teams to ensure everything meets specifications and operates reliably.
Level I: Basic Testing & Troubleshooting
Level II: Advanced Testing & Diagnostics
Level III: Expert Testing & Technical Leadership
