Schedule:

1st Shift – Monday to Friday, 6:15 AM to 2:45 PM (30-minute unpaid lunch)
Plenty of overtime available

Job Summary:

Now hiring Testers for a growing electronics manufacturer in Phoenix, AZ! Join a clean, climate-controlled production environment testing high-quality electrical components. Great opportunity for mechanically inclined individuals looking to grow in the manufacturing and quality field. Full training provided.

Responsibilities of the Tester:

Set up and calibrate test equipment per written procedures
Perform electrical testing on components using multimeters, inductance bridges, hi-pot meters, and custom testing devices
Compare test results to specifications and log data
Perform visual inspections of electronic parts for defects
Follow internal drawings, schematics, and manuals for testing
Assist in mechanical assembly and winding magnetic wire onto bobbins as needed
Support both small and large production runs

Requirements of the Tester:

High School Diploma or GED required
3+ years of experience in electrical or mechanical testing, or related field
Experience with hand tools and testing equipment (multimeters, gauges, etc.)
Ability to read and interpret schematics and technical drawings
Basic computer skills and attention to detail
Manual dexterity and ability to distinguish wire/component colors
Mechanically inclined and safety focused
Must have reliable transportation (no public transit access)

Pay:

$20/hr – $26/hr, depending on experience
