Job Title: Framer / Truss Builders
Location: Plant City, FL
Shift: 2nd Shift | Monday – Friday | 3:30 PM – 12:00 AM
Pay: $17.00 – $21.00/hr (based on experience)

Job Summary

We are seeking experienced Wall Framers to join our production team. This role involves building and assembling wall panels using measurements, tools, and production specifications in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

Build and assemble wall panels and framing structures
Measure, cut, and layout materials (studs, headers, openings)
Use nail guns and power tools to secure components
Ensure walls are square, level, and meet specifications
Read basic blueprints or production sheets
Inspect finished products for quality and accuracy
Maintain a clean and safe work environment

Requirements

Previous experience in framing, carpentry, or construction required
Experience with wall framing (stud spacing, layouts, etc.)
Ability to read a tape measure and perform basic math
Comfortable working in a fast-paced production setting
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly
