Our client is growing and they need a skilled utility assembler to support their Sleeving operations This role requires strong attention to detail and the ability to work independently in a fast paced manufacturing environment.
Responsibilities for Utility Assembler – 3rd Shift (64)
Folding, assembling and packing various components into boxes or other containers, forming and packing cartons or product trays, assembling and packing of molded components, inspecting and collating games or puzzles.
Ability to identify defective components or product.
Assemblers must maintain productivity, safety and quality standards.
Assist with supporting the team and this includes train other employees.
Strong attention to detail and follow instructions.
Required PPE: safety shoes, gloves, and safety glasses/goggles.
Ability to work independently with limited supervision.
Strong commitment to quality.
Willingness to participate in safety and continuous improvement initiatives.
Compensation & Benefits for Utility Assembler – 3rd Shift (64)
Pay: $17 per hour
Union dues are required of all non-manager employees on the production floor, including our client's team members. This is $25 a week for the first 4 weeks of work and then drops to $13.20 a week for every week after that.
Background Check: Conducted upon conversion to full-time employment
