Job Title: Extrusion – Utility/Grinder

Schedule: Friday through Monday, 7:00 AM – 5:30 PM

Job Summary:

We are seeking a reliable and hardworking individual to join our extrusion team as a Utility/Grinder. This position involves grinding plastic materials, sorting materials, and general support of the extrusion process in a physically demanding environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Operate grinding equipment to process plastic materials

• Sort and dump plastic bags as needed

• Lift and move materials up to 40 lbs regularly

• Maintain a clean and organized work area

• Follow safety procedures and wear required PPE (including hearing protection)

• Assist team members with additional tasks as needed

Working Conditions:

• Environment: Loud and non-temperature controlled facility (hot during summer)

• Physical Requirements:

  • Must be able to stand for extended periods of time

  • Must be able to lift up to 40 lbs

• Forklift experience is a plus
