Masis Professional Group is recruiting for a Utility Operator on behalf of our client located in Laramie, WY. This is a direct hire opportunity offering a competitive hourly payrate and benefits package.

Utility Operator Objectives:

Work as part of a team to ensure the uninterrupted operation of the plant and mine in order to maximize operational efficiency in an environment of continuous training and improvement; to provide material handling, utility, inspection and general labor in support of plant operations.

Utility Operator Nature and Scope:

Provide general labor services as needed in the plant and mine as required.
Store, stock and handle all materials including but not limited to; fuel, rock, clinker, and cement.
Operate mobile equipment, cement loading, shipping, reclaim and transfer equipment.
Perform basic repairs to facilitate plant operation.

Utility Operator Specific Accountabilities:

Must comply with all company safety policies and MSHA regulations at all times.
Operate mobile equipment.
Operate cement loading, shipping, reclaim, and transfer equipment.
Perform routine maintenance and inspections on mobile equipment.
Perform inventory measurements and reporting as required.
Perform immediate basic repair to facilitate plant operation.
Perform necessary tasks to ensure good housekeeping for a safe and efficient operation.
Assist other departments as needed.
Work with little or no supervision.
Contribute to daily reports and other routine reports about special projects or incidents.
Perform any and all other duties as may be assigned from time to time. Work any shifts, including weekends and paid holidays as schedules dictate.
