Utility Operator/Inspector

Are you a meticulous professional with a keen eye for detail? Our client is seeking a dedicated Utility Operator/Inspector Class B to join their team and ensure the highest standards of product quality and operational efficiency. In this role, you will be instrumental in performing hands-on production tasks while maintaining precise documentation and upholding workplace safety.
Responsibilities of the Utility Operator/Inspector
Conduct quality inspections and finishing tasks, including inspecting, trimming, wrapping, labeling, and packing products to meet company standards.
Prepare and maintain detailed daily records and production logs with high accuracy.
Promptly notify the Department Lead of any production questions, quality issues, or mechanical problems.
Maintain a clean, organized work environment following established housekeeping procedures.
Immediately report any unsafe working conditions or alleged injuries to management to ensure a safe workplace.
Requirements of the Utility Operator/Inspector
Strong attention to detail for manual trimming and inspection tasks.
Reliable attendance for the 6:30 AM shift start. Monday to Friday.
Ability to communicate effectively with leadership regarding production hurdles.
Commitment to maintaining a high standard of workplace safety.
