Banquet Server(High End)
Framingham, MA
The Banquet Support Wait Staff role is responsible for delivering prompt, courteous, and efficient service to guests while ensuring a positive dining experience. The position supports banquet operations by serving food, assisting with setup and cleanup, and maintaining high standards of food safety and customer service.
Responsibilities of the Banquet Server
Greet and seat customers; present menus and take orders
Serve food and beverages using proper etiquette
Provide menu recommendations and answer guest questions
Relay orders to the kitchen and assist with billing/payment
Clear, clean, and reset tables and workstations
Assist with food prep, inventory stocking, and supply distribution
Support dishwashing and general kitchen cleanliness as needed
Respond to customer concerns and ensure satisfaction
Follow all safety, sanitation (HACCP), and company policies
Attend required training (food safety, allergy awareness, etc.)
Perform additional duties as assigned
Requirements of the Banquet Server
High school diploma (or equivalent)
0–1 year of related experience preferred
Compensation/Benefits for the Banquet Server
Pay Rate: $24.69
