Masis Staffing is looking for warehouse associates in Maple Grove, MN 55369. Ideal candidates will have at least 1 years’ experience working in a warehouse setting. Spanish speaking preferred 

Shifts available: Monday through Saturday 6:00 am – 2:30 pm (weekends are mandatory. you would not work all 7 days but must be able to be flexible and MUST be able to work on Saturdays and Sundays). In Summer there is a lot of overtime. Some days  may only work 3-4 hours and 8+ hours other days (must be flexible between shift time). $18.50 an Hr, paid more if selected for driving the trucks

Responsibilities for Warehouse Associates on 1st shift position.

• Picking orders—take boxes off of moving conveyor belt, ensuring accuracy in selected items.
• Packing orders—Safely and accurately place boxes on pallets in correct designated area.
• Prepare orders for shipment by placing labels, wrapping product, etc.
• Ensure accuracy of product placement by color-coded, numbered systems in place.
• Good physical stamina and the ability to consistently lift products, as well as stand and walk for hours at a time.
• Work effectively with other team members in order to meet deadlines.
• Other duties as assigned.

Requirements for Warehouse Associates on 1st shift position.

• Attention to detail—ensure that items are being placed in the right designated area.
• Ability to match color-coded, numbered and lettered stickers to designed area.
• Good physical stamina and the ability to consistently lift products, as well as stand for hours at a time.
• Must be able to pass a background check and drug screen.
• Prior warehouse experience is preferred but not required.
