Do you enjoy working in a fast-paced warehouse environment? Masis Staffing may have the perfect opportunity for you! We are currently looking for warehouse associates in Maple Grove, MN. Ideal candidates will have at least 1 years’ experience working in a warehouse setting.

Shifts available:  Sunday- Thursday or Tuesday- Saturday

Possible OT on the 2 days off.

Responsibilities for Warehouse Associates on 1st shift position.

• Picking orders—take boxes off of moving conveyor belt, ensuring accuracy in selected items.
• Packing orders—Safely and accurately place boxes on pallets in correct designated area.
• Prepare orders for shipment by placing labels, wrapping product, etc.
• Ensure accuracy of product placement by color-coded, numbered systems in place.
• Good physical stamina and the ability to consistently lift products, as well as stand and walk for hours at a time.
• Work effectively with other team members in order to meet deadlines.
• Other duties as assigned.

Requirements for Warehouse Associates on 1st shift position.

• Attention to detail—ensure that items are being placed in the right designated area.
• Ability to match color-coded, numbered and lettered stickers to designed area.
• Good physical stamina and the ability to consistently lift products, as well as stand for hours at a time.
• Must be able to pass a background check and drug screen.
• Prior warehouse experience is preferred but not required.

Work Environment

While performing the duties of this Job, the employee is regularly required to walk, stand, bend and lift for extended periods of time. The noise level in the work environment is usually moderate.

Compensation: $18.50 per hour
