Warehouse Associate – Full-Time

Masis Staffing Solutions is hiring a Warehouse Associate for a full-time, temp-to-hire opportunity with a well-established company in West Springfield, MA. We are seeking a dependable, hardworking individual who enjoys staying active and takes pride in maintaining an organized and efficient warehouse environment.

Pay Rate: $18.00 – $19.00 per hour
Schedule: Monday-Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Type: Full-Time | Temp-to-Hire
Location: West Springfield, MA

Position Overview

The Warehouse Associate will support daily warehouse operations by helping maintain organization, managing inventory, assisting with incoming shipments, and supporting order fulfillment activities. This is a hands-on role that requires attention to detail, reliability, and a team-oriented mindset.

Responsibilities

• Organize and maintain a clean, safe warehouse environment
• Stock shelves and manage inventory throughout the facility
• Move products and organize back stock as needed
• Remove cardboard, packing materials, and other warehouse waste
• Receive daily shipments and verify incoming products
• Update inventory locations and product information electronically
• Assist with picking, packing, and shipping customer orders
• Support additional warehouse projects and tasks as assigned by management

Qualifications

• Minimum of 1 year of warehouse experience, preferably in a smaller warehouse setting
• Ability to follow directions accurately and work independently when needed
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Dependable attendance and punctuality
• Positive, team-focused attitude with a willingness to help wherever needed
• Effective verbal and written communication skills
