Our client is looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented Warehouse Associate to join their kitchen cabinet manufacturing and distribution facility. This role is ideal for someone who thrives on organization, precision, and teamwork—helping to ensure that high-quality products are assembled, packed, and ready for delivery and installation.
Responsibilities of the Warehouse Associate
Receive, inspect, and unload incoming shipments of cabinets and materials
Verify and document inventory using packing slips or purchase orders
Organize and maintain warehouse stock in a clean and orderly fashion
Pick, pack, and label cabinets and accessories for shipment
Assist with light assembly tasks as needed
Load and unload delivery trucks safely
Operate pallet jacks and forklifts (if certified)
Conduct routine inventory counts and report any discrepancies
Follow all company safety protocols and warehouse procedures
Support other general warehouse duties as assigned
Requirements of the Warehouse Associate
High school diploma or equivalent preferred
Previous warehouse, general labor, or assembly experience is a plus
Ability to lift 50+ lbs consistently and work on your feet throughout the shift
Strong communication and collaboration skills
Basic math and organization abilities
Forklift certification is a plus, but not required
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with fluctuating temperatures
Comfortable with noise, dust, and physical tasks
Compensation & Benefits
Pay Rate: $16/hour and up, depending on experience
Weekly pay and full-time hours
