Job Title: General Warehouse Associate
Job Summary:
We are seeking reliable and motivated Warehouse Associates to support daily operations in a fast-paced food production and distribution environment. The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling, storing, and preparing food products while maintaining safety, quality, and efficiency standards.
Key Responsibilities:
Receive, unload, and organize incoming shipments of food products and materials.
Pick, pack, and prepare customer orders accurately and in a timely manner.
Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment in compliance with food safety standards (GMP, HACCP, or other applicable guidelines).
Inspect products for quality, freshness, and proper labeling.
Assist with inventory counts and stock rotation (FIFO – First In, First Out).
Follow all company policies, safety procedures, and hygiene requirements, including proper use of PPE.
Perform other general warehouse duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
Previous warehouse or food industry experience preferred, but not required.
Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for extended periods.
Basic math and communication skills.
Strong attention to detail and ability to work in a team-oriented environment.
Willingness to work in temperature-controlled environments (cold storage or freezer, if applicable).
Schedule & Pay:
Pay Rate: $ 15.00
