We are seeking dependable and motivated Material Handlers to join a brand-new, state-of-the-art renewable energy facility. This role involves operating a pallet jack, unboxing and inspecting materials, and supporting overall production flow in a clean, modern, and extremely safe environment.

Location: Phoenix, AZ 85043
Pay: $17/hr-$18/hr (we pay weekly!)
Schedule: Rotating 12 hour shifts 8am-8pm or 8pm-8am (must be able to able to work every other weekend!)

Key Responsibilities

• Operate an electric pallet jack to move materials throughout the facility.
• Unbox, handle, and inspect materials according to quality standards.
• Regularly bend, stoop, and kneel as part of the job duties.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area.
• Follow all safety protocols and standard operating procedures.
• Work 12-hour overnight shifts in a rotating schedule with consistent overtime.

Requirements

• Ability to perform tasks requiring bending, stooping, and kneeling.
• High School Diploma or GED
• Must pass a background check (no violent, theft-related, or sexual convictions) and drug screen.
• Strong attention to detail and willingness to follow procedures.
